Terms of Use

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Welcome to Twirlio. By downloading or using the Twirlio app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Purchases

The App is free to download and includes an optional one-time in-app purchase, “Unlock Everything,” which unlocks the full playroom. Purchases are processed and managed by Apple through your App Store account. Prices are shown in the App before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

Acceptable use

Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App or its content, and don't use it in any unlawful way. All artwork, design, and code in the App are owned by Twirlio and protected by applicable laws.

Supervision of children

Twirlio is intended for use by children under the care of a parent or guardian. Adults are responsible for supervising children's use of the App and their device, including any device settings and permissions.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the App will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twirlio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with an updated date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.
